Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Part-Time Service Technician for our 120-unit community in Grove City, OH. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues, turn vacant apartments, and keep the grounds and common areas looking sharp.

You'll report to the Service Manager and Property Manager. You'll enjoy overtime as needed and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance skills across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and service requests within 24 hours.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and pool issues.
• Make ready vacant units, including repairs, painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning, and trash removal.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks.
• Install and maintain smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal and salting when needed.
• Test locks and key sets, and keep all keys secure.

Morgan Properties is hiring a Part-Time Service Technician for our 120-unit apartment community in Grove City. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues, turn vacant apartments, and keep the grounds and common areas looking sharp. You'll report to the Service Manager and Property Manager.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials allowance
• Overtime available as needed

What You’ll Do
