Arcan Capital in Griffin, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repair, groundskeeping, and other interior and exterior tasks under supervision. Respond to resident service requests, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety standards while delivering friendly, quality service.
You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, assist with painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
