Responsibilities

• Crosstrain in various plant positions and support overall plant operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support QMS objectives, including API Specification Q1 requirements.

Full-Time | Rotating Shifts

Wyo-Ben is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant operating safely and efficiently. In this hands‑on role, you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant equipment to ensure maximum operating performance while supporting a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and replace plant equipment as needed.
• Help ensure the continuous operation and reliability of plant machinery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible work area.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Work rotating shifts and may frequently work independently.
• Exposure to dust, noise, varying weather conditions, and temperature extremes.
• Frequent work around moving machinery, mobile equipment, and mechanical/electrical hazards.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and other physical activities for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Must comply with all safety policies, PPE requirements, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements.
