**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sunrise Community. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for our clients and staff. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission of community integration and quality living.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Utilize CMMS to track maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to carry out repairs and installations effectively.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues requiring attention or repair.
• Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
• Lead small teams in maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  
  

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Leadership skills with experience supervising others preferred.
