If you have previous experience in manufacturing machine maintenance/troubleshooting and running a manual lathe, we want to hear from you!

This position will be responsible for ensuring facility equipment is functioning at all times. They will perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure production machinery runs efficiently. Technicians will be responsible for teardown, repair, reassembly, and modifications of machinery. They must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical problems.

• Previous electrical and mechanical manufacturing machine maintenance experience required.
• Manual lathe experience preferred.
• Required knowledge in mechanical gears, bearings, pulleys, belts, etc., pneumatics, and hydraulics to effectively perform various duties to maintain production machines.
• Conduct machine setups, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service.
• Examine parts for defects, such as breakage and excessive wear.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts for inspection, testing, and repair.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to fulfill tasks.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts of machinery.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
