Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial production and processing machinery, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors.
Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems.
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Work with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and perform equipment rebuilds and repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messages.
Monitor the condition of equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
Respond promptly to any mechanical or electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize maintenance procedures and solutions.
