Qualifications

• Diagnose and fix production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Experience with gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, packaging machinery, and conveyors.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and air cylinders.
• Electrical diagnostics from entry to VFD and motor control levels.
• Support PLC diagnostics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix production machinery and facility infrastructure
• Utilize expertise in gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, packaging machinery, and conveyor systems
• Apply knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic pressure systems and air cylinders
• Execute electrical diagnostics ranging from entry-level to complex VFD and motor control tasks
• Support the team by assisting with PLC diagnostics, though this is not mandatory for every role
• Leverage advanced skills in AC/DC drives and three-phase power systems to improve operational efficiency
• Contribute to facility upkeep through welding, fabrication, or general building maintenance tasks
• Ensure a safe working environment for the entire team by conducting routine preventive maintenance and addressing equipment failures
