Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Meadow Glen in Glendale, AZ. You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks to keep apartment communities in top condition and residents comfortable.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, good communication and teamwork, and a readiness to work weekends. We offer full benefits, PTO, 401(k) matching, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum education requirements.
• Preferred certifications include HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacement as needed.
• Plumbing repairs and installation.
• Carpentry tasks including doors, shelves, countertops, and locks.
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs.
• Electrical and appliance: lighting, wiring, switches, lamps.
• Maintain machinery such as chillers, belts, pumps, fans, and related components.
• Other duties as assigned.
