Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 3-4 years can offset educational requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property preferred
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacements, and general maintenance within the apartment community
• Plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
• Carpentry tasks including doors, shelves, countertops, locks
• Painting including drywall/plaster repairs
• Electrical work and appliance maintenance (lighting, wiring, switches, lamps)
• Machinery maintenance such as chillers, belts, pumps, and fans
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents
• Other duties as assigned
