Job summary

Sage Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, plus grounds maintenance. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports the greater Baltimore/Washington region.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and appliance repair experience, strong maintenance skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have own tools, and be willing to participate in a one-week on-call

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience.
• General maintenance knowledge.
• Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills
