Job summary

JAC Products in Franklin, Georgia, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts to support rapid production lines. You will maintain, set up, and operate manufacturing equipment, fabricate parts, and respond to service calls with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, a technical certificate or associate degree, and PLC knowledge; robotics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Vocational Certificate or Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred.
• Working knowledge of PLCs; robotics experience a plus.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools like calipers/micrometers.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, set up, and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Fabricate parts and equipment as needed.
• Respond to service calls, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machine issues.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and retrofits.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and manage parts inventory.
• Maintain records in JAC Products' CMMS.

We’re Hiring a 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician!

Location: Franklin, Georgia

JAC Products, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our 2nd & 3rd shift teams. What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, set up, and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Fabricate parts and equipment as needed.
• Respond to service calls: inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machine issues.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, including retrofits and emergency fixes.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Manage parts inventory and maintain records using JAC Products’ CMMS.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Vocational Certificate, Associate’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred
• Working knowledge of PLCs preferred; robotics experience a plus.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication.
