Job summary

RESRG Automotive in Covington, GA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 10:50 PM–7:00 AM). You will perform planned/unplanned repairs, PMs, and maintain CMMS records, contributing to safety and productivity on the plant floor.

The role requires at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, with experience diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical breakdowns, and the ability to read hydraulic/electrical prints. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Electrical, Hydraulic, and mechanical breakdowns.
• Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical prints.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Willing to work mandatory weekend work as needed.
• Willing and able to meet the physical requirements listed.

The schedule is for 3rd shift: Monday through Friday, 10:50 PM to 7:00 AM

What You Will Do In Your Role

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50-75 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors/outdoors as needed

• Sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit
• Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

What Will Put You Ahead

Work Environment

• The Maintenance Technician will be required to wear hearing protection, eye protection and safety shoes
• The facility is temperature controlled; the normal temperature is approximately 68F during the winter and 85F during the summer
