Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to help prevent costly repairs and downtime
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
  • Maintain facility grounds, including minor landscaping, snow removal, and exterior upkeep as needed
  • Assist with inspections and testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and life safety equipment
  • Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and general building maintenance
  • Help with room turnovers and preparing rooms for new admissions
  • Identify and reporting safety hazards, structural concerns, or equipment issues
  • Support emergency preparedness and responding to facility emergencies when needed
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Completing accurate work order documentation and preventative maintenance logs
  • Following OSHA, life safety, infection control, PPE, and other established safety requirements
  • Working collaboratively with staff across the facility to support a safe and well-maintained environment

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping a facility safe, functional, and welcoming. In this role, you’ll be an important part of the team responsible for maintaining our building, equipment, and grounds, helping create a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
