Job summary

PK Companies is a property management company seeking a maintenance technician in Frisco, TX to repair equipment and maintain common areas across its properties. Eligible candidates should reliably perform grounds work and respond to maintenance requests.

Must have own hand tools and be able to work both indoors and outdoors. On-call duties may apply with a strong emphasis on safety and timely problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Electrical knowledge helpful; boiler/cooling tower experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Grounds work; maintain common areas inside and outside.
• Snow removal and after-hour emergency maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair.
• On-call as needed.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

$23 - $28 per hour

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed
• Snow Removal and After hour Emergency Maintenance
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
