Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Light Duty Maintenance Technician responsible for answering work orders and assisting in janitorial tasks to keep our facilities healthy, safe, and sanitary. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, restroom and break room cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM), competitive pay at $21.00 per hour, health benefits, life insurance, long-term disability, FSA and

• Must follow supervisor instructions.
• Janitorial experience is a plus; training provided.

We are seeking to hire a Light Duty Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for answer work orders / assist in janitorial services responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Requirements

• Answer work orders / assist in janitorial when needed.
• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior light duty maintenance technician experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full Time
• Pay rate: $21.00/ HOUR
• Hours: 40 hrs/ Week, 07:00 A.M - 4:00P.M, MONDAY - FRIDAY
