Job summary

Pritchard Industries in the United States is seeking a Light Duty Maintenance Technician to handle work orders and assist with janitorial tasks, ensuring buildings remain clean and safe. Hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate is reliable, capable of lifting at least 50 pounds, follows supervisor directions, and has basic maintenance or janitorial experience. We offer health benefits, life insurance, 401K and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Answer work orders and assist in janitorial tasks.
• Must be able to follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Prior light duty maintenance technician experience is a plus.
• Janitor experience is a plus but will train.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

• Vacuum, mop, sweep floors and empty trash.
• Clean restrooms and break rooms and perform routine janitorial duties.

We are seeking to hire a Light Duty Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for answer work orders / assist in janitorial services responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Requirements

• Answer work orders / assist in janitorial when needed.
• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior light duty maintenance technician experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full Time
• Pay rate: $21.00/ HOUR
• Hours: 40 hrs/ Week, 07:00 A.M - 4:00P.M, MONDAY - FRIDAY
