University of North Texas - Health Science Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform moves of office and lab furniture, assist with event setups, and support facilities operations. The role requires ability to use hand tools, perform tasks safely, and communicate effectively.

The Maintenance Technician completes work in a manner that will retain or improve customer satisfaction and the quality of the surrounding area. Some of the work performed includes the following: office and laboratory moves, delivery of large items, event set ups, maintenance and repair of event furniture and driving a shuttle bus.
Six months of work-related experience. Employees in this job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and they must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role.
Valid Texas Driver's License
Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Some work outside of those hours will be required, including some weekend work.
