Job Description

Location: South Fort Worth

The Maintenance Technician’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver skilled, efficient, and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs independently in plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, appliances, and other areas as needed.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days, including tasks such as installing blinds, changing filters, replacing bulbs and drip pans, door stoppers, caulking, and miscellaneous repairs.
• Maintain common areas through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exteriors for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Assist in maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure the safety of all equipment and structures within your area of responsibility.
• Update inventory with newly purchased tools or equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
