Precisionstaffingusa is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II in Fort Worth, TX to support maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime to keep operations running smoothly.

You will read manuals and schematics, work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and collaborate with vendors for parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or military environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred MIG, TIG, ARC welding, cutting, or brazing.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with formal safety programs.
• Lockout/Tagout experience.
• Conveyor maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace defective components using hand and power tools.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Assist with conveyor systems and other material handling equipment.
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
