Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Fort Wayne, IN area

Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift available

Compensation: $25-$33 per hour

We are seeking career-minded Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you’ll help maintain and repair equipment to keep the facility running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and troubleshoot machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems)
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Conduct equipment and building repairs, including welding
• Maintain refrigeration systems (ammonia knowledge a plus)
• Work safely at heights and in confined spaces

Qualifications:

• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Team-oriented and flexible, including weekend availability
• Wastewater treatment experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and respond quickly to production needs
• Good vision and physical agility required
