Position Details

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, with hours fluctuating based on workload.

Responsibilities

1. Perform miscellaneous repairs to clubhouse equipment and structures, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
2. Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, furniture, electrical systems, appliances, elevators, ventilation, and building structures.
3. Assist with in-house projects and outdoor cleaning tasks.
4. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety rules, and tools.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, with proficiency in carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Computer skills, including familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel, email, and internet use.

Physical & Work Environment
