Job summary

CMC, a Fortune 500 company with a long history in construction reinforcement and steel products, invites you to join our Fort Myers-based team as a Maintenance Engineer. You’ll develop and implement maintenance procedures, ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across the plant.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, can read technical manuals and schematics, and

Qualifications

Must read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Intermediate math skills required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Identify / troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
Repair plant equipment (steel forms, machinery, and building).
