You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and basic carpentry, diagnose issues, and coordinate with external contractors when specialized service is needed. A valid driver’s license and weekend/on-call availability are required.

Responsibilities

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is essential to the upkeep and operation of our club buildings, ensuring that every area—from our dining rooms to our fitness centers is safe, functional, and in top condition for our members.

What You’ll Do:

• General Facility Repairs: Perform routine repairs and maintenance across the property, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems (HVAC, kitchen appliances, and lighting) to identify and address issues before they become major problems.
• Painting & Structural Upkeep: Handle interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, and minor masonry work to keep the club’s presentation at the highest standard.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical problems and determine the best course of action for repair, coordinating with outside contractors when specialized service is required.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and maintain an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies.
