• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Findlay, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, replacing or repairing parts, and documenting work performed. The role collaborates with production staff to resolve equipment problems, minimize downtime, and implement improvements to maintenance procedures. The Maintenance Technician also follows safety protocols, maintains tools and spare parts inventory, and assists with installation and setup of new machinery as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for production machinery and facility systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to diagnose issues and restore equipment to proper operation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to perform scheduled inspections, adjustments, and servicing.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge applicable to manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
