Overview

Our client, a leader in aerostructure and defense manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in Northwest Arkansas. This is a hands-on position where you’ll play a critical role in keeping advanced manufacturing operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Applying expertise in electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conducting and overseeing CNC repair and troubleshooting (Fanuc, Okuma, Yasnac control experience is a plus).
• Managing and prioritizing repair and maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (aerostructure/defense preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Background in CNC machine repair/troubleshooting highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance responsibilities while remaining hands-on and solutions-oriented.
