Job summary

A leading fitness company in Fayetteville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and repair of fitness equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as well as responding to maintenance emergencies. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, knowledge of maintenance systems, and be able to lift 75 pounds. A valid driver's license is required as travel is expected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing fitness equipment independently while abiding by safety regulations
• Upkeep of painting, landscaping, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing for all location
• Inspection of alarm systems
• Partnering with other companies to schedule maintenance as needed
• Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies
• Available nights and weekends
• Travel will be necessary meaning a valid driver's license will be needed. Vehicle transportation will be provided by the company
• Reimbursement will also be provided for travel time
