Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Salary ranges from $24.01 to $27.00 per hour.

The role supports manufacturing equipment through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safe operation to keep lines running efficiently. Training on specialized equipment is provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing maintenance experience, with skills in reading diagrams, using hand and power tools, and basic

Maintenance Technician

1st Shift | Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

$24.01 to $27.00/hour

Tru Vue is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team. This is a hands on role supporting our manufacturing equipment by troubleshooting problems, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

We provide training on our specialized equipment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Work with motors, pumps, gearboxes, robotics, and other mechanical equipment
• Assist with electrical and controls troubleshooting
• Use hand and power tools
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Document maintenance work and parts used
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
