Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team of property management professionals at an apartment community in the Fall River area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Appliance Repair
• Locks & Keys
• Basic Carpentry
• Painting and Drywall Repair
• Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal
• Cleaning
• Maintaining high cleanliness in common areas and exterior grounds according to company standards

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Effective communication in English (written and verbal)
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable vehicle required
