Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies seeks an experienced maintenance technician for our Erie, MI facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment, and perform general building maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial systems, electrical troubleshooting of 120/208/277/480V 3-phase power, welding and fabrication, and reading schematics. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and install electrical systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing and computer literacy.
• VFD troubleshooting experience preferred.
• PLC troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Basic tools/tool box required.
• Comfortable using a multi-volt meter.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Troubleshoot and repair 120V/208V, 277V, and 480V 3 Phase electrical systems.

Requirements
