Why Work Here?

You will join a facility that invests in your growth and safety while offering a stable schedule and strong benefits. The organization provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401(k) plan, helping you plan for both your present and future. You will have the opportunity to pursue external Fanuc and PLC education and certifications sponsored by the employer, allowing you to advance your technical skills and career. The team culture emphasizes safety, training, and collaboration, with flexibility in training schedules and a structured approach to overtime that respects work-life balance.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility operating on a 3rd shift schedule, typically 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with a shift differential for working nights. Overtime is mostly voluntary on weekends, with a rotation system used when coverage is needed, and policies in place to limit consecutive workdays. You will work primarily on CNC steel cutting and finishing lines equipped with dual spindle systems, deburring equipment, and robots such as Murata, Denso, Epson, Universal, and Fanuc. Additional equipment includes air compressors, cranes, and forklifts. The environment is well lit and partially climate controlled, with air conditioning in the summer; temperatures can be cooler in the winter. Dust and coolant fumes may be present, and air quality is frequently tested to ensure it remains within safe limits. Maintenance technicians use carts to move around the facility and have access to specialty tools provided on site, while being encouraged to bring their own toolbox with basic hand tools. Tooling and parts are managed through Fastenal vending machines and Kardex vertical carousels, and much of the work is coordinated and documented using an iPad. Uniforms and steel toe boots are supplied, contributing to a consistent and safe dress code appropriate for an industrial setting.
