Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for Sherwood Village Apartments in Eastampton, NJ. This full-time role requires a proactive approach to ensure that building systems meet company standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing; maintaining both interiors and exteriors; responding to service tickets and communicating repairs to residents and staff.

Formación

• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle

Now hiring Maintenance Service Technicians!

We are seeking a Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of Sherwood Village Apartments, a 304- unit community in Eastampton NJ, meet both company standards and applicable laws.

As the Service Technician, you will help to:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8 AM-5 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
