Job summary

• 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, facilities, or similar.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment rather than relying on outside vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, instructions and technical documentation.

This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems across our production, warehouse, and retail environments.From preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration issues, you’ll help ensure our teams have safe, reliable equipment and facilities to support daily operations.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently. The Maintenance Technician must be able to:Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Stand and walk for extended periods.Bend, reach, climb, and move as necessary to inspect and repair equipment.Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment as appropriate.Work within production, warehouse, retail, and facility environments.
