Destination Willamette is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Lifestyle Properties, offices, and laundry facilities in Dundee, OR with a focus on safety and timely maintenance. The role uses Breezeway for guest check-outs, check-ins, and emergencies, coordinating with owners, vendors, and staff to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of maintenance or related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, data entry.
• Clear communication in writing and speaking.
• Must hold a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends (2 days off during the week).

Responsibilities

• Represent Lifestyle Properties in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support staff and management to meet property management obligations.
• Maintain properties to comply with fire, backflow, OSHA, and related laws.
• Identify problems and coordinate repairs in structural, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• On-call for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Communicate issues or guest questions to Management.
• Maintain hot tubs and saunas where applicable.
• Update security door codes as needed.
• Accurately record time worked and adhere to time-keeping guidelines.
• Maintain company vehicles and ensure registrations are current.

Position Summary

***Note: Headquarters is relocating to McMinnville come late Summer 2026. Satellite shop in Dundee.***
The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support Lifestyle Properties, office, shops and laundry facilities ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis.
This will include processing work scheduled through Breezeway which includes guest check-outs, check in’s, maintenance tasks, and on-call emergencies as required. A Maintenance Technician is also responsible for communicating and coordinating with other staff, management, home owners, contractors, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the guest, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the properties, and complete all required tasks on time.

For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering or a related field. Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsiblities

• Represent Lifestyle Properties in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support all staff and management efforts to assure that the company’s efforts fully meet and exceed property management obligations.
• Maintain all properties to be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (fire, backflow, OSHA, etc.).
• Alert management of any potential liabilities or repairs. Identify property problems and repairs needed in the areas of structural, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Required to carry a cell phone and be on call for after regular scheduled work hours for emergency maintenance calls.
• Communicate with Management about any issues, or guest questions or concerns brought directly to the Maintenance Technician.
• Perform maintenance or coordinate maintenance of hot tubs, saunas (if applicable).
• Update properties security door codes as needed.
• Accurately record time worked, adhere to time keeping guidelines on a daily basis.
• Maintain the company vehicles by keeping current registration and taking them for service.

Hourly pay range: $18 - $24 based on experience
