The Maintenance Technician's primary role will be to support Lifestyle Properties, office, shops and laundry facilities ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis. This will include processing work scheduled through Breezeway which includes guest check-outs, check in’s, maintenance tasks, and on-call emergencies as required. A Maintenance Technician is also responsible for communicating and coordinating with other staff, management, homeowners, contractors, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the guest, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the properties, and complete all required tasks on time. For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering or a related field. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
