Job summary

Envolve Community Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Riverview Apartments in Dublin, GA. You will perform general maintenance and repairs, applying HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills to ensure quality living spaces.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and safe handling of heavy equipment while delivering excellent customer service to residents. Background checks and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ofMaintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and proper documentation of operations.

TheMaintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Description

The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC plumbing and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties

• Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Qualifications

• (3+) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
