Envove Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Riverview Apartments in Dublin, GA.

The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Description:

The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties:

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, toilets, sinks, basic carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation regarding maintenance operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification preferred. If not certified, certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper tools and equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background screening and drug testing are required.
