Job summary

L2x Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing partner in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines, mills, lathes, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, troubleshooting CNC control systems, and maintaining detailed repair logs. Collaboration with production and engineering teams is key to minimizing downtime and ensuring safe

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; CNC equipment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CNC control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
