PVS DX, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee facility assets, perform preventive maintenance, and quickly troubleshoot rotating machinery and control systems. This role helps minimize downtime and maintain plant safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will read P&IDs, work with electrical and mechanical systems, and support a safety-first culture through active participation in the plant Emergency Response Team. Shift work and physical outdoor work are required.

Are you a skilled technician who thrives on keeping complex equipment running at peak performance? We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee facility assets, execute precision preventive maintenance, and drive swift emergency troubleshooting. From rotating machinery to complex electrical control systems, your expertise will directly minimize downtime and protect plant safety.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, fans, and turbines.
Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial electrical control systems.
Process Leadership: Read P&IDs, installation materials, and maintain precise mechanical, plumbing, and electrical integrity across the plant.
Safety & Emergency Response: Actively participate as a key member of the plant Emergency Response Team and enforce strict safety standards.
Tool & Inventory Upkeep: Skillfully operate welding equipment, power tools, air tools, and pipe-fitting setups.
Core Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Electrical & Safety: Basic knowledge of electrical wiring along with an excellent understanding of health, safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Technical & Preventative Skills: Strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and solid multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; proven ability to work as a collaborative team player.
Schedule & Logistics: Ability to work rotating shifts (12-hour shifts, swing shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed); reliable transportation; ability to pass pre-employment testing, drug screen, and physical exam.
Preferred Experience & Assets:
Knowledge of mag drive, mechanical, pneumatic, and dosing pumps.
Basic knowledge of PLC, DCS, and I/O systems.
Familiarity with level/flow transmitters, motor alignments, air compressors, heat exchangers, and pressure control valves.
Experience in a PSM / RMP facility and familiarity with industry RAGAGEPs.
This dynamic, hands-on role involves working both indoors and outdoors across varying weather conditions and atmospheric plant environments. Equipment exposure includes noise, vibrations, and process materials (such as bleach, caustic, HCl, and chlorine gas) while utilizing full required personal protective equipment (PPE).
