Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time in-person role in Denver, CO. Hours are Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a lunch break, plus rotating on-call for nights and weekends.

Compensation starts at $22/hour and may vary with on-call requirements. Responsibilities include painting, unit repairs after turnover, prep work, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, and cosmetic upgrades while maintaining common areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• On-call 1–2 weeks per month.
• Able to work independently and deliver quality work.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
• Willing to perform various trades and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Paint and repair apartment units after turnover.
• Prep units for turn including trash removal and cleaning.
• Handle work orders including appliance, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities and common areas.
• Provide occasional cabinet and cosmetic upgrades.

This is a Full Time Position – GUARANTEED 40 HOURS

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with an hour lunch break.

(Weekend availability) Rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends (emergency calls only)

Full-time: $21+/hr

Job Duties Include:

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (i.e., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Work orders – Including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings.
• Valet trash services.
• Cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades.
