Job summary

Windsongestatesprosper is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to manage apartment turnover and on-site repairs in Prosper, TX. You will perform painting, minor plumbing and electrical tasks, prep units for new residents, and maintain common areas on a rotating on-call schedule.

The role starts at $21.00 per hour with full benefits from day one, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training opportunities in HVAC and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be okay with being on-call 1-2 weeks out of the month.
• Must be responsible and able to work independently.
• Committed to producing consistent, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Paint and repair apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Handle work orders including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and buildings.
• Provide valet trash services.
• Perform cabinet, appliance, and cosmetic upgrades.

Job description

This is a Full Time Position – GUARANTEED 40 HOURS – DAY SHIFT

Hours:Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with an hour lunch break.

(Weekend availability) Rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends (emergency calls only)

Full-time:Starting at $21/hr (based on skills)

Job Duties Include:

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (i.e., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Work orders – Including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings.
• Valet trash services.
• Cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades.

Qualifications:
