Our client is currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician for a well-maintained, market-rate B/C Class community in Denton, TX. In this full-time role, you'll help ensure the property’s systems, facilities, and grounds remain in excellent condition—playing a key part in resident satisfaction and day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience looking to grow in the multifamily housing industry.

What You'll Do

• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Assist with apartment make-readies and upkeep of building structures
• Operate tools and equipment for a wide range of maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance is met at all times
