AAM Living in Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform property maintenance across our communities. This role handles work orders, unit and common area upkeep, and safety-compliant repairs.

You will troubleshoot building systems, coordinate with vendors, document work orders, and support turnovers. A reliable driver license and hands-on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on property or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification required.
• HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to respond effectively to maintenance emergencies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain accurate work-order, inspection, and repair records.
• Support apartment turns, make-ready work, and overall property upkeep.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and team members.
