Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation.
Experience Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, or Industrial Electrician.
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting conveyor systems, motors, pumps, drives, sensors, and industrial production equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures, OSHA standards, and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Experience maintaining parts inventory and documenting maintenance activities through work orders.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and maintenance equipment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance tools, equipment, and machine components.
  • Comfortable working around moving machinery, electrical systems, and production equipment.
  • Ability to perform repairs in confined spaces, elevated areas, and varying environmental conditions as needed.
Job Duties
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment inspections to ensure reliable production operations.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to support maintenance activities.
  • Install, align, modify, and repair production equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, drives, sensors, and related components.
  • Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including wiring, switches, relays, circuit breakers, and motor controls.
  • Complete maintenance work orders, document repairs, track parts usage, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
