Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain the physical integrity of our multi-family properties across the United States. The role includes timely work order completion, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of common areas.

EPA HVAC certification is required, along with a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills. We offer competitive compensation with a property-commission-based bonus structure, plus benefits such as 15 days of paid time off, holidays,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to multitask and meet deadlines; weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-readies.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Provide parts and material list weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Compensation

$25 to $27 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a maintenance technician who will use their experience to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventive Maintenance

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
