Job summary

MAC Incorporated in Dallas, TX is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a large manufacturing plant. Candidates with 480V experience, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics and bilingual Spanish are preferred. OT (Mon-Sat) is common and shift options include 2nd and 3rd.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, safely maintaining equipment, completing work orders, documenting CMMS activity, ordering parts, and upholding safety standards. Training provided after 30 days with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with 480V electrical systems, PLCs and VFDS.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends (Mon-Sat).

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, electrical instruments, control systems, electrical power systems, process systems, and piping systems.
• Safely maintain equipment while following all company policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and effectively.
• Accurately document all activities, resources used, and closing codes in the CMMS.
• Requisition necessary repair parts under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Request assistance when needed to ensure safe handling of assignments.
• Maintain organized and safe work areas; promptly report safety concerns to leadership.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as required.

PAYS: $26.50-$32.50 HOURLY (DOE)
