Salary : $30 - $40 per hour

A bit about us :

A growing client of ours is hiring Maintenance Techs for their team and I thought you may be interested in the role. They are located between Cleveland and Akron (Hudson Area) and are hiring as the continue to earn more business from new and returning customers. This is a 2nd (3PM - 11PM) OR 3rd (11PM-7AM) role (there may be an opportunity to move to 1st shift but will take awhile) and is a direct hire position.

Further Info / Benefits :

• Up to $40 / HR (ballpark) + 1.5x after 40 hours

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and installation of company machinery. Strong electro-mechanical skillset will be needed for this role.

Qualifications :

• Strong electro-mechanical experience for maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of machinery
• Prior experience within food, beverage, packaging or capital machinery
• Pneumatics and Hydraulics
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working 2nd and / or 3rd shift
