Job Description

Pay: $22.00 Hourly

Hours: Vary

The Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned. They coordinate specific agreements or projects to ensure contractual commitments are met efficiently. Capable of learning new skills and maintenance tasks. Proficiency with hand/power tools required. Valid driver’s license and fluent English required. Ability to work with job-specific applications/technology. Flexible availability including nights and weekends. Additional duties include janitorial/custodial tasks, landscaping (weeding, planting, leaf blowing, bed cleaning), lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in adverse weather conditions. Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly
• Obtain customer signatures on reports
• Keep management informed of feedback
• Provide technical training as needed
• Collaborate across departments
• Assist in directing smaller work groups when supervised
• Report team performance issues

This role is suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience. ABM is veteran-friendly; military experience is encouraged. Military Occupational Specialty Codes: 91C, UT, MK, 1161, 3E1X1.
