Job summary

Westminster is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe and welcoming. You’ll perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, and handle make-readies for incoming residents.

You’ll respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule, perform preventative maintenance, and partner with the property management team to plan projects. A valid driver's license and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance or handyman work.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs; certifications are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience using work order systems or mobile apps.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience – 1‑3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Skills – knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs. Certifications are a plus.
• License – a valid Driver’s License.
• Tech Savvy – comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
• Physical – able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Attitude – problem‑solving mindset, great attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
