Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for the overall maintenance and physical appearance of the properties managed by the company. Assist in keeping the office informed on the status of property repairs using an advanced scheduling system. Property management experience or apartment community maintenance experience required.

Starting pay: $20 - $23 per hour plus monthly bonus

DUTIES

• Perform maintenance requests including A/C repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs, and plumbing repairs. Replace broken windowpanes, tiles, screens, locks, outer fixtures, A/C units, etc. Perform carpentry, masonry, and fencing work.
• Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, service requests, inventories, and perform scheduled maintenance as recommended.
• Assist in grounds maintenance.
• Perform turn processes in vacant apartments.
