Job summary

Marquette Management Inc. is hiring a maintenance technician in Columbus, OH to keep residents in a clean and well-maintained living environment. The role covers repairs to apartments and common areas, snow/trash removal, and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience, preferably in apartments or hotels.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and apartment turnover.
• HVAC knowledge or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Ability to be on-call and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments and assist with snow and trash removal, emergencies, cleaning and landscaping.
• Order maintenance supplies, keep records, accept deliveries, move appliances and other duties as assigned.

Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com is looking for a maintenance technician in Columbus, OH. The maintenance position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the maintenance department include general repairs to the apartments and common areas of the buildings and grounds, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances and other job related duties.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Availability for on-call purposes and flexibility to work weekends.
